Dat Phuoc breaks ground on Serena Riverside project in Lai Thieu

Dat Phuoc Investment Joint Stock Company has officially broken ground on the Serena Riverside project in Lai Thieu, located at the northeastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City. Situated on Vinh Phu 29 Street, the project is positioned approximately 200 meters from the Sai Gon River and is designed with a ‘Home Resort’ concept.

The development covers nearly 6,000 square meters with a total investment of over 1,175 billion VND. It will provide 622 products to the market, consisting of 485 apartments, 128 officetels, and 9 shophouses. Apartment sizes range from 43 square meters for one-bedroom units to 125 square meters for three-bedroom units. Expected prices for residential apartments start from approximately 50.6 million VND per square meter.

Singapore-based landscape design firm ONG&ONG is collaborating on the project, with ACB Bank providing financial support. This marks Dat Phuoc’s second major project in the area following the successful delivery of The Rivana. The site offers connectivity to major amenities via National Highway 13, including shopping centers, hospitals, and golf courses.
