Dat Phuong Group acquires 7.9 hectares in Hue City

Dat Phuong Group (DPG) has approved the acquisition of a land plot measuring approximately 7.9 hectares in My Thuong Ward, Hue City. The investment, valued at nearly 253 billion VND (excluding VAT), involves purchasing land use rights and existing assets from VietinBank.

The site was previously designated for a VietinBank human resource training project that was ultimately terminated. Following the acquisition, the land is expected to be used for the Phu Thuong residential area project, a pilot urban development initiative with a projected total investment of 1,700 billion VND and a construction timeline of 72 months.
