Dat Vi Phu Pharmaceutical fined for incorrect drug pricing

Dat Vi Phu Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company has been fined 25 million VND by the Drug Administration of Vietnam for incorrect price declarations regarding the essential medicine Ozzy40 (registration number 893110910524).

The company, headquartered in My Phuoc I Industrial Park, Thoi Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, violated regulations concerning price management as specified under Decree 87/2024/ND-CP and its subsequent amendments. In addition to the monetary fine, the company is required to rectify its price declarations for the affected medication within 10 days of receiving the decision. Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in compulsory enforcement.
