Datadog co‑founder and chief technology officer Alexis Le‑Quoc disposed of 43,224 Class A shares on July 20, 2026, generating roughly $11.5 million in proceeds. The sale, executed under a Rule 10b5‑1 plan, reduced his direct ownership by about 8 % to a total of 509,974 shares valued at around $130 million.
During the same period, First Citizens Bank & Trust Co. increased its stake in Datadog by purchasing an additional 6,715 shares, bringing its holding to 38,784 shares worth about $4.58 million. Several other institutional investors also adjusted their positions, reflecting continued market interest in the cloud‑monitoring firm.
