Dataprev to auction Rio de Janeiro headquarters

The headquarters of Dataprev, known as the Waldir Pires Building, is scheduled for auction on October 30, 2026, in Rio de Janeiro. Located in the Botafogo neighborhood, the property has an initial bid set at R$ 138.78 million.

The building features approximately 22,782.93 square meters of constructed area spread across 20 floors. Built in the 1980s, the facility includes five elevators, climate control systems, fire fighting installations, access control, 132 parking spaces, administrative environments, multi-use rooms, and a cafeteria.

The auction will be conducted by official auctioneer Helcio Kronberg under public auction regulations to ensure transparency and competitiveness. Payment terms involve a 5% deposit plus commission, with the remaining 95% due upon the signing of the public deed. Dataprev will vacate the premises and transfer its activities to a new address within 90 days of the deed being granted.
