Davao authorities monitor Senator Ronald Dela Rosa

Police Regional Office 11 (PRO 11) is monitoring reports regarding the alleged presence of Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa in the Davao Region. Spokesperson Major Catherine Dela Rey stated that, as of Wednesday, police have recorded no movement indicating the senator is in the area.

Simultaneously, the Philippine Army’s 10th Infantry Division (10th ID) clarified that it has received no standing directives, orders, or requests to assist in any operations specifically related to the senator. Major Ruben Gadut noted that while the military is prepared to provide law enforcement support—including intelligence gathering and logistical assistance—the Philippine National Police (PNP) remains the lead agency with primary jurisdiction in such matters.
