Davi Brito and Mani Reggo fail to reach settlement in asset dispute

Davi Brito and entrepreneur Mani Reggo failed to reach a settlement during a conciliation hearing at the Court of Justice of Bahia (TJ-BA) regarding the division of assets from their former relationship.

The legal dispute follows the end of their year-and-a-half relationship. Reggo previously obtained a favorable first-instance ruling in April 2025, which recognized a stable union between the two. Brito has appealed this decision to modify the legal understanding of their partnership.

The contested assets include the prize money from Brito’s participation in the reality show ‘BBB 24’, valued at approximately R$ 2.92 million, as well as two vehicles worth around R$ 700,000. Because no agreement was reached, Brito’s appeal will now proceed to a panel of judges at the TJ-BA for a definitive ruling on the asset distribution.
