In recent interviews, she revealed that she underwent a voluntary abortion during her youth, describing the experience as “péssimo” (terrible) but stating she does not regret the decision due to her socioeconomic circumstances at the time.

Braga expressed support for the legalization of abortion, advocating for individual liberty and a woman's autonomy over her own body. She also addressed her identity regarding social movements, noting that while she identifies as “feminina” (feminine), she does not consider herself a feminist, emphasizing the importance of respectful coexistence between genders.

Additionally, the presenter spoke about her daughter Mariana Maffeis’s recent separation. Braga emphasized her commitment to respecting her children's autonomy, stating that being a mother does not grant her the right to interfere in their personal or marital decisions.
