David Arquette announces ‘Behind the Scream’ anniversary tour

Actor David Arquette has announced the ‘Behind the Scream’ tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the horror film ‘Scream’. The 14-date tour will feature screenings of the original 1996 movie, followed by a discussion where Arquette shares behind-the-scenes stories and participates in a Q&A session with the audience.

The tour is scheduled to begin on October 8 at the Berglund Performing Arts Theatre in Roanoke, Virginia. It will travel through various cities, including Englewood, New Jersey; Jacksonville, Florida; Rapid City, South Dakota; and Austin, Texas, among others. The tour will conclude on Halloween, October 31, at the Oneglia Auditorium in Torrington, Connecticut.

Arquette portrayed police officer Dwight ‘Dewey’ Riley in the first five films of the franchise. The anniversary celebrations for the series have also included the release of Marco Beltrami’s original score on vinyl and a 4K Steelbook release of ‘Scream 4’.
