The estate, which the Beckham family purchased in 2016 for $7.5 million, is now valued at approximately £12 million. Beckham personally manages a productive organic garden growing vegetables such as carrots, radishes, zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, and broad beans.

In addition to gardening, the farm includes poultry facilities for fresh eggs and a dedicated area for beekeeping to harvest natural honey. Beckham has shared various moments of his agricultural activities on social media, showcasing his involvement in daily farm tasks.
