David Byrne releases deluxe edition of ‘Who Is The Sky?’

David Byrne has released a digital deluxe edition of his album ‘Who Is The Sky?’ to mark its first anniversary. The deluxe version includes four bonus tracks, such as the new orchestral pop single ‘My Madness’ and a collaboration with Brian Eno titled ‘T Shirt’.

Byrne is currently concluding his ‘Who Is The Sky?’ world tour with a performance at Forest Hills Stadium in New York. The tour, which spanned four continents and over 150 concerts, is being documented in a 70mm film directed by Academy Award winner Brady Corbet. The film is currently in post-production.

The original album was produced by Grammy winner Kid Harpoon and features arrangements by the Ghost Train Orchestra, with guest appearances by artists including St. Vincent and Hayley Williams of Paramore. Additionally, Byrne is set to release a new book, ‘Sleeping Beauties: Why Good Ideas Go Dormant and How They Wake Up’, in October 2026.
