David Carr launches new housing development in Clovis, California

Former NFL quarterback David Carr has partnered in a new residential development in Clovis, California. The community, nicknamed ‘Gridiron Grove’ or referred to as Traditions at Heritage Grove, aims to provide starter homes in the Central Valley region.

Sales for the development began this month, with three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath homes starting at $400,000. This price point is significantly lower than the California state average of approximately $900,000. Carr, a former Fresno State player, noted that the project seeks to provide a community feel for those who may not be able to afford large farms in the agricultural area.
