The Ultramar David 2028 movement, which supports the presidential aspirations of Dominican Tourism Minister David Collado, has announced an organizational tour across the United States from November 4 to 7.

The delegation, led by Rodolfo Paliza, Héctor Porcella, and Juan Peña, aims to appoint local leadership, deliver certificates, and strengthen structures among Dominican residents abroad. The tour includes scheduled meetings in Miami, Pennsylvania, New York, and Boston to consolidate the movement's presence ahead of the 2028 presidential elections.
