David Cosma Cristofor confirmed for Formula Trophy Malaysia

Romanian racing driver David Cosma Cristofor has been officially confirmed to compete in the Formula Trophy Malaysia at the Sepang International Circuit from October 2–4, 2026. Driving for Evans GP, Cristofor will participate in the only event of the season where Formula 4 competes alongside Formula 1, providing a high-profile international platform for rising talent.

Cristofor enters the event with significant momentum, currently ranking in the top 3 of the highly competitive Italian Formula 4 Championship. His recent performances include a fifth-place finish in the UAE Formula 4 championship with Prema Racing. This upcoming race follows his strong fourth-place finish at the Abu Dhabi event the previous year.
