David Ellefson announces December 2026 European tour

Grammy Award-winning bassist David Ellefson has announced the European leg of his ‘Bass Warrior’ tour, scheduled for December 2026. The tour will feature performances of the 1992 Megadeth album ‘Countdown to Extinction’ in its entirety, alongside solo material and other hard rock and metal tracks.

Ellefson noted that the decision to include the full album follows significant fan requests from earlier in the year. The tour is intended to serve as a holiday wrap-up for 2026 and will visit several new cities and countries across Europe, including stops in Italy, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Ireland, Slovakia, Serbia, and Croatia.
