Marvel Studios provides updates on Avengers: Doomsday and Marvel Rivals
NetEase Games has announced a new cooperative PvE event for the hero shooter Marvel Rivals titled ‘Path to Doomsday – Avengers: Endgame’. Scheduled for release in late October 2026, the mode allows 50 players to battle Thanos and his army within the ruins of the Avengers Compound, recreating the climactic battle from the film.
Regarding the upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday, actor David Harbour has denied reports that he accidentally leaked a major spoiler. Speculation arose after a previous interview suggested his character, Red Guardian, might deliver a line regarding Tony Stark; however, Harbour clarified that he only provided a simple countdown in that instance.
Additional rumors concerning the film suggest potential appearances by the Latverian Witches and a visit to the Time Variance Authority (TVA) by Thor and Captain America. The film, directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, is slated for a December 2026 release and is expected to feature characters from the Fantastic Four and X-Men universes.
