David Mingo restructures Diputación de Salamanca government
David Mingo, President of the Diputación de Salamanca, has signed decrees to restructure the institution's government organization. The changes primarily affect the three vice-presidencies, the delegations for Culture and Youth, and the composition of the new Governing Board.
In the reorganization of the vice-presidencies, Carlos García Sierra has been appointed first vice-president. Eva Picado Valverde moves from third to second vice-president, while Pilar Sánchez García joins as the third vice-president.
Regarding departmental delegations, the Culture area, previously managed by Mingo, has been transferred to Juan Carlos Zaballos, who will now oversee Culture alongside Tourism and Heritage. Alberto Torres has assumed responsibility for the Youth delegation, a role previously held by Eva Picado, who will now combine her second vice-presidency with the areas of Social Welfare and Equality.
The new Governing Board will be chaired by David Mingo Pérez and includes eight provincial deputies: Carlos García Sierra, Eva Picado Valverde, Pilar Sánchez García, Juan Carlos Zaballos Martínez, Marcos Iglesias Caridad, Santiago Castañeda Valle, Antonio Labrador Nieto, and Jesús María Ortiz Fernández.
