David Pollack shares positive medical update for wife

College football analyst David Pollack shared positive news regarding his wife Lindsey’s battle with brain cancer. After undergoing multiple surgeries following her diagnosis in 2025, Lindsey received unexpected news from her oncologist.

Pollack reported that the oncologist informed him that recent results showed ‘no tumor,’ a development the medical team noted they do not yet fully understand. While the battle is not considered entirely over, the news has provided significant encouragement to the family.

Following the announcement, several prominent sports media personalities, including Josh Pate, Dan Orlovsky, and Sean Salisbury, offered their support and congratulations on social media.
