David Reece to reunite with Accept for 50th anniversary tour

Former Accept vocalist David Reece will reunite with the band for two special performances during their upcoming 50th anniversary, titled the Teutonic Titans tour. Reece, who fronted the group in the late 1980s for the album “Eat the Heat”, will perform a few songs, including “Hellhammer”.

The reunion follows decades of distance between Reece and guitarist Wolf Hoffmann. Reece revealed that the invitation arrived via email while he was performing at a festival in Bulgaria. He described being overwhelmed by the gesture, noting that the invitation from Hoffmann felt like a significant resolution to past tensions.

The scheduled appearances are set for November 21, 2026, in Oberhausen, Germany, and December 2, 2026, at Alcatraz in Milan, Italy.
