David Wilson Homes advances UK residential developments

David Wilson Homes is expanding its residential footprint in the United Kingdom through two distinct projects. In Daresbury Garden Village, the company is launching show homes at the Queens Reach development. This project is set to deliver 142 homes, featuring a variety of three, four, and five-bedroom properties including semi-detached, detached, and mews styles.

In Clanfield, Barratt David Wilson Homes has submitted revised outline applications for the Sunderton Fields site. The updated proposal scales back previous plans from 200 homes to up to 180 dwellings on the 28.8-acre greenfield site. The revised design aims to reduce density, ensure buildings do not exceed two storeys, and include a widened central open space and a planted landscape buffer to better integrate with the nearby South Downs National Park and maintain the separation between Old and New Clanfield.
