Davide Bartesaghi shines in Milan victory over Udinese

Milan defender Davide Bartesaghi delivered a standout performance during the club's match against Udinese at the Bluenergy Stadium. Playing in a 3-4-3 formation under manager Ruben Amorim, the 2005-born fullback operated effectively on the left flank, contributing significantly to both offensive and defensive phases.

Offensively, Bartesaghi acted as a primary attacking threat, recording three shots with an expected goals (xG) of 1.23, two key passes, and eight attempted crosses. Defensively, he maintained high efficiency with nine total defensive interventions, including six tackles and winning eight out of 14 ground duels.

Following the match, Bartesaghi noted a shift in tactical requirements and playing style under Amorim compared to the previous era under Allegri. He emphasized that the team is adapting well to the new project and credited their recent domestic success to a focused attitude and a desire to approach matches with a sense of freedom.
