Davide Frattesi discusses Lazio resurgence and Mancini's return

Davide Frattesi, currently playing for Lazio, spoke at the Italian National Team training camp in Coverciano regarding his recent career resurgence and the return of Roberto Mancini as head coach. Frattesi noted that his move to Lazio has allowed him to regain the continuity and enjoyment of playing that he lacked during his time at Inter.

He expressed strong confidence in his relationship with Lazio coach Gennaro Gattuso and praised the new, high-quality group within the national team. Regarding Mancini, Frattesi stated that the team has regained the coach they knew and emphasized the importance of looking toward long-term goals rather than just immediate matches.

Additionally, Italian Football Federation President Giovanni Malagò visited the camp to encourage the squad. He spoke about the responsibility of the players and the need for optimism as the team prepares for the Nations League, noting the evolving multi-ethnic nature of the national side.
