Davido releases ‘Already Falling’ music video featuring wife Chioma

Nigerian Afrobeats singer Davido has released the official music video for his new single, ‘Already Falling’. The cinematic production, directed by Meji Alabi, features his wife, Chioma Adeleke, in several romantic sequences.

Set against the backdrop of a French chateau and featuring elements like horse-drawn carriages and elaborate costumes, the video concludes with a re-enactment of a marriage proposal. In the final scene, Davido is shown kneeling beside a lake to present Chioma with a ring.

The singer has a history of featuring Chioma in his visual works, including the 2018 hit ‘Assurance’. Davido has described ‘Already Falling’ as a spiritual successor to that track, continuing his tradition of celebrating their relationship through his music.
