Nigerian Afrobeats star Davido is advancing the build of a four‑storey, multi‑billion‑naira residence in the waterfront district of Eko Atlantic, Lagos. He purchased the plot in early 2024 for roughly ₦4 billion (later reported as ₦2.5 billion) and the property's estimated value has risen to about ₦8 billion, with some reports citing a current sale price of ₦7 billion.
