Davis Cup to debut in Neuquén as Argentina faces Turkey

The Davis Cup will arrive in Neuquén for the first time on September 19 and 20, as Argentina faces Turkey in the World Group I. The matches will take place at the Ruca Che stadium, which is currently undergoing renovations to prepare for the event. This series marks the first time the Davis Cup will be held in the Patagonia region, featuring an indoor fast surface.

Josefina Codermatz, the Minister of Youth, Sports, and Culture, announced that several community activities are being planned as part of the event's buildup. These include an open training session and a community tennis festival. The Ministry is collaborating with the Neuquén Tennis Federation to finalize additional initiatives for the international competition.
