Dawid Drachal faces limited minutes at Jagiellonia Białystok
Dawid Drachal, a 21-year-old midfielder, is currently experiencing a stark contrast between his club and international career. While he has struggled to find playing time at Jagiellonia Białystok, where he has recorded only 97 minutes across four official appearances this season, he remains a regular fixture for the Poland U-21 national team.
Drachal, who previously played for Raków Częstochowa and Miedź Legnica, has noted the intense competition within Jagiellonia’s midfield. Despite his limited minutes under coach Adrian Siemieniec, Drachal expressed confidence in his abilities, stating, “I know my value and I know what my skills and potential are. I know my ceiling is high.”
His current situation follows a season where he was a more frequent rotation player for Jagiellonia, appearing in 35 matches. He is currently focused on competing for a spot in training and contributing to the national team's efforts to qualify for the European Championship.
