UK Ambassador Dawn McKen presents credentials in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Dawn McKen, the newly appointed Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Bosnia and Herzegovina, has officially presented her credentials to the Chairman of the Presidency, Denis Bećirović.

During the meeting, Ambassador McKen emphasized the United Kingdom’s commitment to being a long-term friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She pledged support for the country’s sovereignty, stability, security, and its Euro-Atlantic path. McKen expressed her intention to collaborate with political leaders, government institutions, and civil society to strengthen economic security, trade, and investment.

In a separate political development in Serbia, Prime Minister Đuro Macut stated that information regarding the timing of upcoming elections will be available in the coming days. Macut also commented on a recent parliamentary session regarding a vote of no confidence, describing the proceedings as having devolved into a “political performance” rather than a constructive debate.
