Dawn of War 4 release date set for December 2026

King Art Games has announced a new release date for the real-time strategy game Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4. Originally scheduled for September 17, 2026, the game will now launch on December 3, 2026, for PC. The delay is intended to allow developers to refine performance, fix bugs, and polish gameplay.

The game will be available in two editions. The Standard Edition is priced at 59.99 Euro, while a more expensive version will include additional single-player content to be released after the initial launch. A beta period has also been announced prior to the release.

Creative Director Jan Theysen stated that the game aims to set new standards for the genre with its single-player content. The title will feature four massive campaigns, each reportedly larger than the entirety of the original Dawn of War campaign from 2004. These campaigns will include branching storylines and multiple missions, such as an Ork campaign featuring approximately 18 missions, where player decisions determine which specific missions are encountered during a single playthrough.
