Indra Kenz granted parole following Binomo fraud conviction

Indra Kesuma, widely known as Indra Kenz, has been granted parole from the Cibinong Class IIA Correctional Institution following his conviction in the Binomo fraudulent investment case. After serving five years of a ten-year sentence, Kenz was released on September 24, 2026, and is required to undergo supervision by the Bogor Correctional Center until 2030.

Following his release, Kenz issued a public apology via social media, expressing regret for the chaos caused by his actions and stating he intends to become a better person. His release was marked by an emotional reunion with his friend, Paris Pernandes.

However, the parole has reignited controversy among victims of the Binomo trading platform. Legal counsel for the victims, Irsan Gusfrianto, reported that the distribution of compensation from seized assets remains problematic due to issues within the victims' association. A formal report regarding these compensation disputes has been filed with Bareskrim Polri.
