DAYS NEO REAL 2026 manga event to be held in Akihabara

The manga industry event ‘DAYS NEO REAL 2026’ is scheduled to take place on November 28, 2026, at the Akihabara UDX Gallery in Tokyo. Organized by Kodansha’s matching-type manga submission site ‘DAYS NEO’, the event features a cross-publisher format where creators can meet with over 80 editors from 17 different companies and 31 editorial departments.

Unlike traditional editorial department visits, this event allows manga artists to select specific editors based on pre-published profiles, including comments and preferred genres. Participation is free for both professional and amateur creators.

The event will also collaborate with ‘The CREATORS 7’, a large-scale networking event for creators and entertainment companies hosted by Trident Works. While ‘The CREATORS 7’ runs from November 27 to 28, ‘DAYS NEO REAL 2026’ is a single-day event held on the 28th.
