DAZN brings back commentator Manni Breuckmann for Schalke match

DAZN has announced the return of veteran commentator Manni Breuckmann for the upcoming Bundesliga match between FC Schalke 04 and SV Elversberg. The 75-year-old commentator, well-known for his extensive radio work with WDR in the Ruhr region, will serve as the lead commentator for the game.

Breuckmann expressed personal sentiment regarding the assignment, stating that covering Schalke evokes many memories and feels like a ‘return home.’ The broadcast will also feature podcast partner Bernd Becker, while Valentina Maceri will moderate alongside expert Nils Petersen. Jan Platte will also provide commentary during the match.
