DAZN Group acquires ViewLift to expand U.S. sports streaming

DAZN Group has completed its acquisition of ViewLift, a company specializing in digital and streaming solutions for sports content owners. ViewLift will operate as an autonomous business unit within DAZN, maintaining its current management team and staff.

The acquisition strengthens DAZN’s position in the United States regional sports market. ViewLift provides direct-to-consumer streaming services to 17 professional sports teams and six Regional Sports Networks (RSN), including partners in the NBA, NHL, and MLB.

This move follows several recent agreements by DAZN in the U.S. market, including becoming the exclusive direct-to-consumer streaming platform for MSG Network and YES Network for the 2026/27 NBA and NHL seasons. DAZN has also established a regional media rights partnership with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
