DAZN outlines extensive coverage plan for FIFA World Cup 2026

DAZN will broadcast every one of the 104 matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, offering Italian commentary, 104 highlights, 34 best‑moment reels and a suite of original programmes. The schedule provides up to 16 hours of live coverage each day, with around 1,000 separate editorial events, from the early‑morning "Wake Cup" show to the evening "Copa Mundial" from the Adidas Brand Center in Milan, and the prime‑time "Times Square – L'Ora del Mondiale" hosted by Diletta Leotta and Marco Russo.

The network will deploy journalists on the ground, including DAZN correspondent Federica Zille, who described her typical day navigating stadium passes, interview zones and technical logistics while staying in constant contact with the headquarters in Cologno Monzese. Other on‑air talent such as Alessia Tarquinio, Barbara Cirillo, former players and US‑based crews will contribute analysis, interviews and behind‑the‑scenes content, creating a 360‑degree viewing experience for Italian fans.
