DAZN Takes Full Control of FIFA+ Football Streaming Service
DAZN has become the exclusive operator of FIFA+, integrating the platform into its global sports streaming service. The partnership, first forged for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup under a $1 billion agreement, now expands to deliver roughly 8,500 live football events each year in selected territories. The service will offer live matches, archival footage from past World Cups, highlights, and original programming, along with interactive features such as FanZone, live chat, polls and quizzes.
The 2026 lineup includes the FIFA U‑20 Women's World Cup in Poland, the FIFA U‑17 Women’s World Cup in Morocco, the FIFA U‑17 World Cup in Qatar and the FIFA Intercontinental Cup in certain regions. FIFA Secretary‑General Mattias Grafström said the move furthers the goal of making football “truly global and accessible,” while DAZN Group CEO Shay Segev highlighted the platform’s potential to reach “hundreds of millions of sports fans worldwide.”
