DBA Deutsche Bauwert funds school construction in Ethiopia

The German project developer DBA Deutsche Bauwert has raised 167,000 euros for the FLY & HELP foundation to fund the construction of a school center in Warder, eastern Ethiopia.

The facility is specifically designed to support children with cleft lip and palate, providing them with free primary education, psychological support, and speech therapy to combat social exclusion. The project also aims to provide free education to children from low-income families in the region.

Construction is scheduled to begin in October, with completion expected by mid-2027. The Warder municipality has provided the land for the project in a region noted for its developing infrastructure.
