Dębica Sisters of Service announce prayer vigil in Tuchów

The Dębica Sisters of Service have announced a prayer vigil scheduled for October 16, 2026, at the Minor Basilica of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Tuchów. The event aims to pray for new vocations to consecrated life, specifically within their congregation. The program includes a Holy Mass led by Rev. Dr. hab. Ireneusz Stolarczyk, Eucharistic adoration, and a Rosary procession.

In a related discussion on the role of female religious orders, Sister Radosława Podgórska emphasized the importance of sisters serving as a spiritual foundation for people seeking silence and prayer in a fast-paced world. She highlighted the need for greater involvement of sisters in leading retreats, spiritual accompaniment, and participating in diocesan and pastoral councils. Podgórska also noted the importance of remaining open to those seeking God, drawing inspiration from the legacy of Blessed Elizabeth Róża Czacka.
