Dąbrowa Narodowa residents demand improved road safety

Residents of the Dąbrowa Narodowa district in Jaworzno are calling for improved road safety following a recent collision at the intersection of Bora-Komorowskiego and Storczyków streets. The accident involved a 21-year-old driver operating a BMW without a valid driver's license, resulting in a woman being hospitalized.

Local councilor Mariusz Kowalski has requested the installation of radar speed displays on Tadeusza Bora-Komorowskiego Street to warn drivers against speeding on the long, straight stretch. However, Paweł Bednarek, director of the Municipal Road and Bridge Management in Jaworzno, stated that the city does not plan to implement such speed display solutions at this time.
