DBV Insurance launches Promy roadside assistance service

DBV Insurance Group, in collaboration with Allianz Partners, has launched the Promy roadside assistance service package. Customers purchasing vehicle physical damage insurance can receive one year of the Promy service at no extra cost through December 2026.

The service is designed to provide practical support for various automotive incidents, including technical consultations available 24/7, on-site emergency repairs (up to three times per year), and free towing to a garage within a 70km radius (up to three times per year).

Additional features of the Promy package include assistance with vehicle key issues within a 50km radius, providing up to 5 liters of fuel in the event of running out, and trip arrangement support within a 100km radius. The initiative aims to enhance customer experience by providing immediate assistance alongside financial protection.
