DC launches ‘Runway to Ruin’ webcomics crossover event

DC has announced the launch of ‘Runway to Ruin’, the first crossover event for its mobile-first webcomics imprint, DC GO!. The event runs throughout October, beginning with ‘Runaway to Ruin Alpha’ on October 1 and concluding with ‘Runaway to Ruin Omega’ on October 29.

Written by Patrick R. Young with art by Andrew Drilon, the crossover features characters from five original series, including Harley Quinn, Nightwing, Jon Kent, and Billy Batson. The plot involves an intergalactic fashion showcase where a villain known as King Cringe weaponizes the characters' most embarrassing memories.

Following the event, DC GO! will expand in November with three new original series: ‘Supergirl: Accidental Chef’, ‘Green Lanterns: Bad Boys for Light’, and ‘Finding My GCPD Dad a Girlfriend’. All crossover episodes will be available for free with registration on DC Universe Infinite.
