DC Studios develops Deathstroke and Bane film ‘Savage Hunters’

DC Studios is reportedly developing a new film centered on the Batman villains Deathstroke and Bane. The project is currently operating under the working title ‘Savage Hunters’.

According to reports from Deadline, the film was identified among several Warner Bros. and DC Studios projects in development following the merger involving Paramount and Skydance. While the project is in the early stages of development, it has not yet received an official production greenlight, and DC Studios has not confirmed if ‘Savage Hunters’ will be the final theatrical title.

Matthew Orton, known for his work on ‘Captain America: Brave New World’, is reportedly attached to write the screenplay. The film aims to bring together two of Batman’s most prominent adversaries: the mercenary Slade Wilson (Deathstroke) and the physically imposing Bane.
