DDT Pro Wrestling Duo Aoki and Miyawaki Aim for KO‑D Tag Title

On August 5 DDT Pro Wrestling staged the "Summer Vacation Memories 2026" show at FACE in Shinjuku. In a pre‑match, Shinya Aoki and Junta Miyawaki defeated the reigning KO‑D Tag Team champions Chris Brooks and Harashima, declaring their intent to win the belts, saying “勝って悔しい。この気持ちを両国でぶつけて、勝ちますよ”.

The pair continued joint training, including a public session on August 4, and announced they will challenge for the KO‑D Tag Team Championship at Ryogoku Kokugikan on August 11, adding they want “ベルトを持って超RIZINの花道を歩いてほしい”.
