De’ Longhi increases stake in professional coffee division to 88%
De’ Longhi has agreed to increase its ownership of its professional coffee division, which includes brands La Marzocco and Eversys, from 61.56% to 88.02%. The transaction involves a €662.5 million investment to acquire the entire stake held by DLI Limited, based on an equity value for the division of approximately €2.5 billion.
The professional division has shown significant growth, reporting revenues of €569 million for the 12 months ending June 30, 2026—a 38% increase—and an adjusted EBITDA of €172 million. Since the combination of La Marzocco and Eversys in late 2023, the division's revenue has grown by over 50% and its adjusted EBITDA has doubled.
CEO Fabio de’ Longhi stated that the increased stake will allow the group to further boost the division's contribution to net profit and simplify the current shareholding structure. The acquisition will be funded through internal resources and dedicated financing. The transaction, approved by the board, is expected to close on October 16.
