Dead Men Found in Toluquilla and Hermosillo Highlight Separate Homicide Cases in Mexico

Police in the municipality of San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, discovered the body of a man aged 30‑35 on a street intersection in the Toluquilla colonia. The victim had multiple gunshot wounds, primarily to the head, and investigators noted the lack of ballistic evidence at the scene, suggesting the shooting may have occurred elsewhere before the body was left there. Authorities are also looking into a recent shooting nearby in the Guayabitos colonia to determine any possible link.

In Hermosillo, Sonora, emergency responders found another deceased male in an abandoned lot near the Morelos boulevard. The man was shirtless under a mesquite tree when passersby reported him to 9‑1‑1. Paramedics and forensic officials confirmed he was dead and began an autopsy to identify the cause of death and the victim's identity. Local police and criminal investigation agencies are handling the case.
