Deadmau5 releases remix of Angine de Poitrine’s ‘Fabienk’

Canadian electronic producer deadmau5 has released a remix of ‘Fabienk,’ a track by the Quebec-based duo Angine de Poitrine. The original song, which appears on the duo’s album Vol. II, features microtonal guitar and blends elements of rock, acid techno, and disco.

The remix has received attention from Billboard Canada and Rolling Stone Canada. It arrives as deadmau5 continues to expand his technical and creative projects, including the public beta for his new DJ software, AUTO/PILOT.

Simultaneously, Angine de Poitrine is conducting their first U.S. tour, which includes sold-out performances in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Seattle.
