Deakin University launches AI Master's programme in GIFT City

Deakin University GIFT City Campus has announced the launch of a Master of Applied Artificial Intelligence (Professional) for students in India. The new postgraduate programme is designed to train future technology leaders in disciplines such as machine learning, deep learning, robotics, and natural language processing.

The programme is recognized at the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 9 and is professionally accredited by the Australian Computer Society (ACS). It aims to provide Indian students with the same academic and admissions framework as Deakin’s equivalent programmes in Australia. Applications are currently open for the inaugural July 2027 intake.
