Dealz Poland pulls Kinder Schoko Bons Crispy sweets from shelves over EU compliance issue

Dealz Poland (Dealz network) issued an urgent notice that it is withdrawing the confectionery product Kinder Schoko Bons Crispy (67.2 g, EAN 8000500418482, SKU 918717) from all its stores. The batch, with a best‑before date of 21 Nov 2026 and imported by FMCG Trade Group, was found not to have undergone the mandatory EU border‑control checks required by Regulations (EU) 2017/625 and 2020/692 before being placed on the market. No contamination or health hazard has been identified, but the company advises consumers not to consume the product and to return it to any Dealz outlet. The recall applies to stores in Warsaw, the wider Mazowieckie region and other locations across Poland. Dealz emphasized that “the safety and trust of our consumers, as well as the quality of our products, are key values for our network.”
