DeAndre Moore Jr. launches food truck business using NIL funds

Colorado Buffaloes wide receiver DeAndre Moore Jr. has utilized his Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) funds to launch a business venture called ‘Jive Turkey’. The food truck features a turkey-themed menu, including items such as burgers, deep-fried tacos, and cornbread bowls.

Moore is working with his family on the venture; his twin sister, Denae, manages the financial aspects, while his mother, Taleea, assists with the menu. The business currently operates in Austin, Texas, but the family intends to relocate the truck to Boulder and eventually transition into a restaurant. Additionally, Moore is exploring a plan to rent out a fleet of Tesla vehicles.
