Dear Jane performs Mid-Autumn concert in Macau with giant moon stage

Hong Kong band Dear Jane held their “Dear Jane Fly you to the Moon Live” concert at the Galaxy Macau Variety Hall during the Mid-Autumn Festival. To celebrate the holiday and create a festival-like atmosphere, the venue featured a massive, movable lifting moon stage that allowed band members to perform while elevated. The production also included grass-covered stages, pyrotechnics, and flame effects.

In a departure from traditional seating, the organizers converted the lower level into a standing-only area to foster a more immersive experience. The setlist included rock medleys, acoustic versions of classic songs, and an EDM segment featuring DJ Beat Friday. During the performance, a fan successfully proposed to their partner, receiving congratulations from the band and the audience.

The band members—Tim, Howie, Jackal, and Nice—concluded the show with multiple encores and announced they are currently preparing a new album, promising to meet fans again next September.
