Deas cleared of attempted embezzlement charges

The Rome Prosecutor's Office has officially dismissed the hypothesis of attempted embezzlement against Deas, a cybersecurity firm founded by Stefania Ranzato and led by General Enzo Vecciarelli.

Following investigations within the Sogei inquiry, the company, which was initially involved as a legal entity under Legislative Decree 231/2001, has been cleared of any criminal allegations related to the investigation. Regarding the individuals involved, the conclusion of preliminary investigations does not constitute a request for trial or an assessment of responsibility, but rather a procedural phase allowing the defense to present documentation and request further investigative acts.
