Logie Awards 2026: Deborah Mailman enters Hall of Fame

The 66th annual TV WEEK Logie Awards took place on August 16, 2026, at The Star Sydney, celebrating 70 years of Australian television. The ceremony was hosted by Robert Irwin, who also received a nomination for the Gold Logie.

A major highlight of the evening was the induction of Deborah Mailman into the Logie Hall of Fame. Mailman, an acclaimed actress known for roles in ‘Radiance’, ‘The Secret Life of Us’, and ‘The Sapphires’, became the first person of First Nations descent to receive this honour.

The Gold Logie for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television was awarded to Ally Langdon. Other notable winners included Todd Woodbridge for ‘Tipping Point Australia’ and Amanda Keller for ‘The Piano’. The event featured various performances, including a set by Peking Duk, and a red carpet showcasing numerous Australian television personalities.
